Please note that we accept cash, cheques (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit and debit cards. Credit cards however will incur a 3% surcharge. Switch and Delta are free (no surcharge)

Booking Conditions 1) ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A COLLAR AND LEAD UPON ARRIVAL 2) CATS MUST BE IN A SUITABLE SECURE CAT CARRIER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CATS WHICH ARE CARRIED IN OWNERS ARMS. 3) NO PET WILL BE RELEASED UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL 4) RATES ARE LEVIED FROM ARRIVAL DATE UP TO AND INCLUSIVE OF DEPARTURE DATE 5) CHEQUES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUPPORTED BY A VALID CHEQUE CARD WHICH COVERS THE AMOUNT DUE  6) IN THE EVENT OF OWNERS RETURNING BEFORE THE END OF THE BOOKING, THE FULL PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED. 7) ANY CANCELLATION NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE LIABLE TO PAYMENT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING VALUE 8) ANY CUSTOMER FAILING TO HONOUR A BOOKING WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL 9) NO DISCOUNT IS GIVEN IF OWNERS BRING IN THEIR OWN FOOD Vaccination Requirements Please remember to bring your pets vaccination certificate with you. All animals must be vaccinated, and proof of vaccination must be shown before your pet can be admitted into our care. Booster vaccinations are required on a yearly basis, with preferably ten days between injections and arrival. Bordatella (kennel cough for dogs) vaccinations are required all year round. PetPlan Three Star Insurance Veterinary attention will be given if necessary. Our insurance with Petplan covers treatment up to £650 per pet. You will be charged the excess if the bill is over this amount. Miscellaneous Please do not bring in bedding or feeding bowls as we supply these. Please note that we are open for boarding, but not for collection on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
